My fees are based on an hourly rate of $200.

I do not charge that rate for purely clerical portions of the task, such as typing or copying financial statements or processing income tax returns.

Occasionally a client will need rather routine bookkeeping services along with tax or accounting services. It is not reasonable to expect you to pay $200 per hour for routine posting or bank reconciliations, and it is not practical for me to provide such services specially during the "busy season" when my time is at a premium. The solution is that I have established contacts with several individuals who provide such services at very reasonable rates, and under my supervision.

My fees are billed monthly, and for long term projects that are spread over two or more months, I send bills for the portion of the work performed that month. Unless previous arrangements are made, all fees are due upon presentation of my bill.

Some projects require travel or other out of pocket costs which are considered to be reimbursable and will be itemized on my bill. My policy on such costs will be discussed with you prior to being incurred.

On projects where I have not served you in the past, a retainer will most likely be requested prior to the start of the project.
